Federal Aid
University of Fairfax participates in federal and other financial aid programs.
There are two general categories of federal aid you may be eligible for, including:
Veteran and Military Education Benefits
Whether you are preparing for life after your military service or looking to advance in your military career, you’ve come to the right place. The University of Fairfax is pushing the military community forward by offering relevant courses completely online. You can complete your coursework when it is convenient for you and benefit from the phenomenal support from our experienced faculty who understand the military lifestyle. It’s no wonder we are consistently ranked as one of the friendliest schools for the military personnel by the community.
If you participated in the Montgomery GI Bill® program, you can take advantage of these monthly benefit rates for full-time students:

Private/Education Loans
Private student loans may be available through banks, credit unions, and other private lenders. University of Fairfax does not maintain a preferred or participating lender list, as lender requirements and availability may change over time.
Students are welcome to explore private education loan options with the lender of their choice. University of Fairfax will work with any lender that offers an eligible student a private education loan and will complete the required school certification process.
Other Grants and Scholarships
There may be other scholarships available to help students with tuition at American National University.
